Refund and Cancellation Policy

At StoxBazar, we strive to provide our users with the best possible experience and ensure that our products and services meet their needs. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Subscription-Based Services

  Our services are offered on a subscription basis for investment research and advisory-related services. Certain services may include one-time delivery recommendations, model portfolios, research reports, or advisory updates, which remain accessible during the active subscription period and until any required changes or updates are provided under the subscribed plan.

  Cancellation Policy

  Subscribers (clients availing paid services) may cancel their subscription at any time by informing us through the registered communication channels.

  Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing/subscription period.
  • No further renewal charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation.
  • Access to services will discontinue automatically after expiry of the active subscription period.

  Refund Policy

  As per the nature of digital research and advisory services:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has commenced or the services have been accessed, delivered, activated, or utilized.
  • All sales are considered final after activation of the subscription period.
  • Refunds are not available for services that have already been fully delivered or substantially utilized.
  • For one-time delivered services, fees paid shall ordinarily not be refundable once the service has been delivered.

  However, in certain exceptional circumstances, the Research Analyst (“RA”) may, at its sole and absolute discretion and in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations, provide pro-rata basis or a partial refund, discount, service extension, credit, or any other consideration to a subscriber.

  Any such consideration:

  • Shall be decided entirely at the discretion of the RA;
  • Shall not create any obligation on the RA to provide similar consideration in future cases; and
  • Shall not entitle any subscriber to claim refunds, credits, discounts, or compensation as a matter of right.

  SEBI Regulatory Provision

  In case of:

  • suspension of the Certificate of Registration of the Research Analyst for a period exceeding 60 (sixty) days; or
  • cancellation of the Research Analyst registration by SEBI,

  the RA shall refund fees to subscribers on a pro-rata basis for the period commencing from the effective date of such suspension/cancellation until the expiry of the respective subscription period, in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.

  Important Note

  By subscribing to our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy along with all applicable Terms & Conditions and SEBI regulatory guidelines governing Research Analysts.
